1. Acceptance of Terms & Scope

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User”, “you”) and FreeGiftZone.net (“FreeGiftZone”, “we”, “us”). These Terms govern your access to and use of FreeGiftZone.net, including all guides, tools, calculators, coin directories, and digital gift card redemption services.

By accessing our website, creating an account, clicking partner offer links, or redeeming points, you expressly agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue platform use immediately.

2. User Eligibility & Account Registration

To participate in FreeGiftZone activities and redeem confirmed points, you must satisfy the following eligibility criteria:

Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age, or between 13 and 17 years of age with express consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms. Individuals under 13 are strictly prohibited from registration.
One Account Rule: You are strictly permitted exactly ONE (1) account per individual human, per physical hardware device, and per household IP address. Creating secondary accounts, “farming” multiple profiles, or using disposable identities constitutes immediate grounds for permanent termination and points forfeiture.
Geographical Compliance: You may only participate from jurisdictions where online reward tracking is lawful. You agree to comply with all local consumer regulations.

3. Nature of Points & Virtual Balances

Zero Monetary Value Legal Classification

Coins and points collected on FreeGiftZone are promotional virtual credits licensed to you on a limited, revocable basis solely for tracking progress toward gift card redemptions.

Points do not constitute property, electronic money, currency, legal tender, or stored value of any kind. Points carry ZERO monetary or cash value. Points cannot be redeemed for fiat cash, sold, bartered, auctioned, bequeathed, or transferred between accounts.

Account Inactivity: Confirmed points never expire on active accounts. If an account logs zero offer completions, logins, or redemptions for 365 consecutive days, the account is classified as abandoned, and unredeemed points may be retired following a 30-day notice to your registered email address.

4. Prohibited Conduct & Zero-Tolerance Abuse Policies

To preserve advertiser trust and ensure legitimate reward distribution, FreeGiftZone strictly prohibits the following activities:

Network & Device Tampering

Using commercial VPNs, proxies, Tor exit nodes, or datacenter IP addresses.
Running offers on Android emulators (BlueStacks, Nox, LDPlayer) or virtual machines.
Spoofing device identifiers (IDFA, GAID) or tampering with system clocks.

Automation & Fraudulent Activity

Using bots, auto-clickers, macros, or automated completion scripts.
Completing surveys with fraudulent demographic data, straight-lining, or speeding.
Signing up for trial subscriptions with virtual burner cards or initiating instant chargebacks.

Engaging in any prohibited conduct results in immediate account suspension, irreversible forfeiture of all accumulated points, and inclusion in our permanent anti-fraud registry. You may review the specific deduction codes in our Reward Rules & Reversal Matrix (REV-01 to REV-05).

5. Account Suspension & Points Forfeiture

FreeGiftZone reserves the absolute unilateral right to investigate, freeze, or terminate any account suspected of policy violations, advertiser clawbacks, or abusive activity. Upon termination for breach of these Terms, all rights to any pending or approved points are immediately extinguished without compensation.

Users who observe fraudulent activity or automated bot networks may file a confidential report via our Report Abuse & Fraud Portal.

6. Third-Party Merchants & Independent Trademark Disclaimer

FreeGiftZone is an independent rewards discovery platform. All brand trademarks, logos, and service marks (including Google Play, Amazon, DoorDash, Xbox, Microsoft, Flipkart, Roblox, and Apple) are the sole property of their respective corporate owners.

Non-Affiliation Notice: FreeGiftZone.net is not sponsored, endorsed, authorized, or associated with Google Inc., Amazon.com Inc., DoorDash Inc., Microsoft Corporation, Flipkart Internet Pvt. Ltd., Roblox Corporation, or Apple Inc.

Once issued, gift cards are subject to the issuing merchant's terms of service and country storefront regulations. FreeGiftZone is not responsible for merchant terms changes, store maintenance outages, or merchant account freezes resulting from user VPN usage.

7. Gift Card Redemptions & Fulfillment Finality

All digital gift card redemptions are FINAL, NON-REFUNDABLE, AND NON-EXCHANGEABLE once a voucher code or digital PIN is revealed in your user dashboard or dispatched via electronic delivery. Points deducted for redemption cannot be refunded back into your points balance.

In the event of an unactivated voucher code due to distributor POS delay, you must notify support within seven (7) days of issuance via our Contact Desk with timestamped proof of error.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES, GUIDES, CALCULATORS, AND REWARD DIRECTORIES ARE PROVIDED STRICTLY ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY.

FreeGiftZone disclaims all warranties including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that partner offer tracking will be uninterrupted, error-free, or continuously available.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL FREEGIFTZONE, ITS OPERATORS, AFFILIATES, OR DIRECTORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.

Aggregate Liability Cap: In no event shall FreeGiftZone's total aggregate liability for all claims arising out of or related to these Terms or the service exceed the greater of fifty United States dollars ($50.00 USD) or the verified dollar face value of confirmed digital gift cards redeemed by you on the platform in the thirty (30) days preceding the incident.

10. Dispute Resolution, Binding Arbitration & Class Action Waiver

Please read this section carefully. It requires you to resolve disputes through individual binding arbitration and limits your ability to seek relief in a court of law.

Mandatory Informal Resolution: Before initiating arbitration, you agree to provide written notice of your claim to support@freegiftzone.net and engage in good-faith negotiations for a minimum of thirty (30) calendar days.
Binding Individual Arbitration: Any dispute, controversy, or claim that cannot be resolved informally shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by an established arbitration provider under its commercial arbitration rules.
CLASS ACTION WAIVER: YOU AND FREEGIFTZONE AGREE THAT EACH PARTY MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.

11. Modifications & Governing Law

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When material updates occur, we will post the revised Terms with an updated “Last Updated” date. Continued access to the service following revisions constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
