Microsoft tokens are structured into 5 blocks of 5 characters.
Open Microsoft Redemption
On PC/mobile, visit redeem.microsoft.com. On Xbox console, press the Xbox button, open Store, and select Redeem from the left menu.
Sign in with the Microsoft Account linked to your primary gamertag.
Input the 25-Character Code
Enter your 25-character code. Hyphens are automatically inserted by Microsoft on console and web interfaces.
Note: Microsoft codes NEVER contain vowels (A, E, I, O, U) or the numbers 0, 1, 5.
Confirm and Enjoy
Review the credited amount and target Microsoft account, then click Confirm. Funds are instantly ready to spend on games, DLC, or subscriptions.

Microsoft account balances are strictly locked by country and currency. A USD token cannot be credited to an account with a United Kingdom, European, or Australian billing profile.
Microsoft strictly monitors account regional changes and automated token submissions. Using VPNs to redeem foreign tokens may lead to account suspension under the Microsoft Services Agreement.

- Cannot be converted to cash, refunded, or transferred between gamertags.
